What a great product! Thank you for taking the time and effort to do this. I plan to install the one that came with my "new" e28 thanks to the foresight of the previous owner (m-racer). Perhaps I can get to it this week(end)...or should I wait for cooler Florida weather. Man-oh-man is it hot and humid down here...ugh!

I suspect the pedal bracket is already cracked. I just replaced the clutch mc, and the pedal doesn't quite return all the way unless you pull it back with your toe.

Do I need to replace the pedal bracket before installing this reinforcement?
