It's probably "just" an M535i that's been added to.

When I was in Japan 2 years ago, my freind took me to used dealership that dealt with only Alpina cars. There were 2 B7 turbos, a couple of B9s and alot of other Alpina cars. They also had a showroom that sold Alpina accesories. There is some very nice European hardware in Japan.
