Wow...love the 1985 Ferrari GTO. Back when those were announced, I tried in vain to encourage a very wealthy friend to buy one as an investment as they were only ~ $150,000 new, IIRC. I think some have since sold for ~ $1,000,000 at auction. Let's face it, they're ALL Ferrari GTOs are likely to be in show car condition. I can't imagine there's a single daily-driver Ferrari GTO in the whole limited production run. As a rule, cars should not be bought as investments but this one was an exception, eh?
