Not only a fair price but it's EXEMPT from Federalization. The cutoff for Federalization is 25 years. This is an '80 model so it has just made it into the exempt status.

I wonder how much it would cost to ship from Europe ?

Thanks for the info on 25 years being the cut-off for DOT Exemption....

I don't believe shipping is all that bad from Europe...surely someone here knows (i.e., BNC and a couple of others). The price is really pretty reasonable:

13,000.00 EUR = 15,988.00 USD
1 EUR = 1.22985 USD 1 USD = 0.813110 EUR

I'd sooner pay that kinda money for a Eurospec Alpina B7 (e12) in that condition than a North American e28 ///M5. I presume the car is NOT a build-up (replica)...did you see an Alpina build plate?

I'm not in the market to spend that kinda money on a car right now...but if I had it...this one would be worthy of inspection.
