Thought id share a little bit about this car as im going along with it, that and im bored and want to show her off a little :p

Used to have euro lights and bumpers, but sold them to a guy on here. So, not wanting bronzit, and the paint was junk, i decided to paint her. But before i did, i had to strip all the paint and deleted the door bump trim [looks better IMO] Modified some e30 US elipsoids to work with stock buckets and i will soon be making a set of bumpers roughly the size of euro bumpers out of 3" channel iron. Anyway, heres some pics:

Winter beater? Damn... Looks good, and yes it looks "cleaner" without the door trim... When I paint my 535 this winter, I'm thinking about not putting them back on. As I'm sure other people have noticed, other car doors hit either above or below anyway...

Just noticed the can in the picture... did you do that from spray cans?

if i say yes, would it make the car more intresting?

no, i used the cans as a trick, for sanding.

I used a 30 dolla gun and tractor paint :) thick so its hard to scratch or remove, and it stops rust
