I'm looking for a decent pair of rear shocks at a decent (ie: less than new Billies) for my eta. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something better than my craptastic KYBs that just started thumping and making the car ride like a buckboard.
I may just end up biting the bullet and going for the $96.25 Bilstein Sports at BavAuto, but I'll consider most anything you've got at a decent price that isn't rusted or leaking. If you've got a shock and spring assembly that you don't want to take apart and wouldn't mind parting with for a decent price, that's also a possibility.
I'm also open to suggestions for reasonably-priced new shocks.
Let me know -- in this thread or via PM -- what you've got and what it would cost to ship to 57105, and we'll talk turkey.

Dag-nabbit... now I hads ta walks a fur distince to da sheid ta gets dees caus ya maid dis dang post.
Bilstein HDs. PO installed them. Shocks logged about 15k miles from his invoice mileage to odo reading today. Installed H&Rs with B Sports on my 87 535is. Car drove comfy with the HDs & OEM springs.
$50 shipped.
Here's the catch Dave... since they are used from the PO, I'd rather ship them to you sans payment. If they check good, keep 'em & pay later.
