That message tells what is going on, i.e. "Why Blocked". The particular IP address you were browsing from is flagged in the Stop Forum Spam database. It only worked later because your IP changed. I'm guessing you are behind a proxy server and a small pool of IPs thus serve a large group of users. Visit the URL to get the IP unblocked by SFS.
More than likely it wasn't a spammer at all, but in general SFS is good. Although anything AWS is totally blocked here by ZB Block, those IP ranges are full of nasty stuff.
