Finally getting used to this... it's like going up the the ATM that you have been using for years, and then one day it has a whole new look and control. Keeps us young, even though we like the old tried and 'true ( that's why we are all here)

New feature request? able to jump right to the end, or last post on a thread? That would be way cool-

People seem to forget that the exodus from Roachfly was due to WAY more than just a format change.

The 6er guys left because of new software. We left cause the roach sucked.

Looks like automatic image resizing now defaults to a new spec?

At this point a day or two in my biggest issue is links, particularly external ones opening in the same window. I know I can right click and open in a new tab, but if I forget I close it, then have to reopen Mye28 and nothing shows as new anymore. It's not going to kill me with a heart attack but it is a pain.

I noticed this as well. I liked how it was a default to opening in a new window before, but again, won't kill me if it's not possible this time around...

Love the new setup tho!

The forum tracks your read/unread posts between sessions, so you are able to see what you haven't read even when you log off and come back later. Use the view unread posts link rather than view new posts.

They've always been there, they just didn't show in that part of the screen before.

I don't want to be "that guy" but the Tapatalk thingy up top ^ there is really beginning to cheese me off. It's starting to keep me up at night and I may become a distracted driver over the whole damn thought of it. I'd hate for an accident to happen.
Now, I'm not one to complain, but it's fukin' annoying. Kinda like when someone calls just after you've poured the milk on your Capt Crunch. They won't shut up, and in just that small window of time. . . the cereal got all mushy. Ruins my morning and then I project onto the mail carrier, and she is really about tired of my shit. Do you really want my mail carrier to have a bad day? Isn't there something we can do? Loretta (the mail lady, who is not hot but with a name like "Loretta" you'd of thought, huh?) thanks you.

I'd give my left nut for a feature that allowed me to suppress showing signature pictures, but let me still see those witty text signatures. I am so sick of threads that look like this:

Looks like he's only got one now. So Chas, what are you going to do with a spare left one?

Neither of you can read.

When you change that setting it disables ALL signatures. I like the text based ones. I just want to turn.off images.

Example of witty text signature?
Even if there were witty text text signatures, losing them is a small price to pay to get rid of gynormous sig pics (which is why I have sigs turned off). I have Tor's sig pic as my desktop background.

I'm sure it was a lot of work & thanks for taking on the task, It is great!! I'm getting used to it. When you go to the "new posts" page, the thread titles are all the same brightness. Would it be possible to make those read change to a lighter color - so that when you have read a thread & return to the subject page, you could quickly see where you are? A number of sites offer that & it helps speed things up to return you to your place in the thread list?

Nice work,

I came here to make a comment about links not spawning a new page/tab, but I see Mike already started in on that so I'll just say I'm on the fence about it. But then I'm the guy who has to restart his browser every week or so because of links I've clicked to stuff I meant to read but never got around to. The row of tabs gets a little crowded with ~15 or so in a window. So part of me is happy that the links open in the same tab. For now.

Why would you of all people have them turned off?  I don't believe you.

Something tells me Jeremy had something to do with this one. I wonder how many characters it'll take. ;) Let's find out...

That wouldn't be a problem if people were conscientious enough to click off the "Attach signatures..." box when they have multiple comments in a thread. I try to remember that, but it gets harder to remember that with the crowd of smilies on the right of the text box that pushes the options so far down in a window (can we do something about that?)
