Work ip blocked from logging in

Not sure what just happened but I can't log in from my work PC anymore. This post is from my ipad, also using the work wifi network, and apparently isn't blocked.

I sent a screenshot to blocked@mye28.com.

It isn't blocked for some mysterious reason, the description was right on the error page. That IP is in the stopforumspam database. goto their website and search your IP listed on the error page to see the entries logged. There can certainly be false positives in there especially if it was just one occurrence and some forum flagged a users IP as a spammer . It will be tomorrow until I can look into a bypass for this site specifically and see how many hits are in their DB. Might get problems with other forums too since the service is rather popular. Large corporate networks are likely load balancing between proxy servers so two devices could be getting out from different IPs simultaneously. And naturally there might be an idiot or two from thousands of employees that can make a forum potentially wish to flag them as spam so that will put the IP on the blacklist.

Should be good now, IP was removed from the SFS database so it shouldn't be blocked any longer.
