Login session/keep me signed in

Is there a limit to the number of devices I can stay signed into the forum on? I tend to flip back and forth depending on ipad, iphone, or PC web browser and it seems like I am always having to re-login.

No response? I still have to log in over and over it seems, wish I could figure out what the secret is and if I knew maintain a login on one device for mye28 so I don't have to keep logging in.

I went through this for about a year. I spoke to Jeremy about it and he thought it might have been a local, not board, issue. Problem went away in the last month. Poltergeist moved over to you?

Most likely the previous sessions become invalidated when you visit from a different IP or login from a different device. The old forum software really had no security checks so you could get away with multiple active sessions.

I regularly connect from half a dozen devices. I'm rarely (like maybe every 4th day) asked to authenticate.
