Re registration.

I have recently come into the works of an e28. I had commenced discussing my plans with various members via posts and PM's. I have been unable to use public internet over the past year (career) and am recently back in the country. Upon trying to log in, I am unable. I have read the FAQ section, the jist is contact an adminstrator; which I have no idea how to do so, without logging in?
