Back to the B7. I was poking around on the internet trying to find something and ran across this in a Google Image Search.

Ah, I was reading on my phone and missed that it wasn't 414xxxx

Was this car ever in MA? I'm pretty sure it was bought out from under me at the last minute in the 90s. 0083 sounds familiar.

To my knowledge yes, it was in MA. I have no idea how I found it but I found an old CCA chapter newsletter online with a photo of it driving across the lawn at I think Lars Anderson museum. No stripes, Zender rear skirt (Jon removed that and used it on an M5).

I can’t speak for whether or not the car was bought out from under you but you wouldn’t be the first to have a claim like that on this car. :|

It was at a dealer in Boston. I had an offer accepted on it and sold my M5. The Dealer called and said they had a higher offer and sold it. So I bought a 1991 535i. Then an E24 B7 turbo came up for sale! So I sold the 535i and bought the E24. Always preferred the E28's.

I cannot agree more...

I know how you feel now, Chris. And I can promise you, it is just a couple of weeks since I could add the Alpina-decals myself, remember?

Just have to ask...

Do you have new Alpina decals, or are the old ones going on?

I do have a BNIB B7Turbo-decal here, even though I have not decided if I ever will let it go (I have a dream of owning a totally restored E24 B7 turbo once in my lifetime, and I might wanna save it till then...)

Guys any source where to buy Alpina B7 Turbo badges?
