Post by Mark40 »

Is there a FAQ or listing that I can't find showing the differeces in rear spoilers?

What was factory / aftermarket etc.

Thanks..

The only factory was the M-Tech that was on the M535 M5 and 535is. Everything else is after-market. BBS, Hartge, Racing Dynamics, BMP Designs and many more made them.

Nope, there was at least one more factory one. An all rubber one, not quite as nice as the one mentioned above, but still, nice IMO. I pulled it off a 528e in a yard and ran it on mine. Had a roundel molded into it and I was at least at the time able to find it on Realoem. More of a trivia point since it's rare and likely unavailable new, but it existed.

Seeing as most M-tech spoilers will probably not have rubber in good condition, does anyone have experience with these?

I know they are sold through a variety of places.

Thanks..
