Cam shadt grey market b34 1982

Hello,
I have a m30b34 grey market engine with worn cam it has the half moon shape end of cam. Does anyone know part number for that one?

Assuming it's the early one, and I forget which is which, it would appear to be the 383 one. Either should work, but you'll need a new cap, rotor and spark plug cables with the late one. Oh yeah, the rotor adapter too. Availability? It appears to be available, but who knows. The US spec (early) 533 one would work also but may be slightly less aggressive.
