2023 16th Annual SoCal Vintage BMW Meet
It's that time again here in Southern California. One of, if not the largest premier Vintage & Classic BMW events in the West: The 16th Annual SoCal Vintage BMW Meet here in Los Angeles (Van Nuys to be specific). If you know this event and have attended in the past, then you know it; if you don't and live local, then why not? Each year it seems the SoCal Vintage BMW team manages to bring in over 300 Classic & Vintage BMW's from not just Southern California, but pretty much the whole western US.

This year's spotlight model: The E23. All E23's enter the event for free this year!
The event begins technically at 8:00am this coming Saturday November 4th, but the line to get in begins much earlier. Vendors and volunteers (field setup & parking attendants) are on the field staring many hours before. The pre-registration ended but you can pay up Saturday morning. If you're not putting a car on the field, then the event is free and open to all. Vendors, food trucks, awards, raffles, and lot's and lot's of good BMW's of all types and conditions along with good friends.
This this is event map from last year but it's the same this year (with the exception that there is no separate Motorsport corral, that was just for last year), so if you are showing a car, make sure you Que up at the correct entrance:
The event runs on the backs of a small army of volunteers, of which I am a part of. If you want to add your effort to help in whatever capacity, all volunteers are granted early access to the field before the throngs of attendees. But you have to commit to an early morning and put in the effort. You can contact me here if you want to help.
I hope to see all the LA locals and am looking forward to seeing the out-of-towners.
