Rotor head 12mm

Post by apskill »

hi guys can somebody help me?
Have 524td upgraded turbo and clutch added IC but i am on limits od my pump so now want to upgrade my Bosch ve pump
Like see on few conversations to use camplate and rotor head from cummins 5.9 first gen. But when i were looking for parts find that they use 8 types of pump and every use different rotor head and also different heights of camplates. Just know for now that rotor have to be VE6/12R and camplate 2.8 or 3.2mm
Somebody done it already and can help mee with oem numers? Need to use different bigger nozzlez because of slope camplate? I like that rattle sound od burning fuel.
Thanks for answer.

Chinesse can be also good (its not Bosch but think that they can do precise and qualitty stuff if u pay more)but how i know now there is no way just to use cummins headrotor plunger because have bigger seat then TD camplate (maybe some grinding but dont like this option without precise) . When i used cummins camplate and cummins headrotor my cam belt just jumped. 😆 Extreme amount of fuel and resistance. So now i ended up with tds camplate, Nissan 11mm headrotor and governor mod.
Easy 260hp but loosed few bucks.
