Will this one fit my car? how much wiring will be involved if it does? what sensors do i need.

I know a number of people here have used Megasquirt, try using the search function in the upper right corner to find previous discussions.

The B34 does not have provisions for a plug and play install. Needs a B35 crank sensor and trigger wheel at a minimum and then wiring the harness into the db37 connector.
A complete M1.1 conversion would get you a 55 pin DME connector that you can plug an MSPNP into. Less wiring but more work overall.
