Spammer accounts

Have you found a hack or a way to control the number of 'spammer' accounts that you get?

We get HUNDREDS every week on our club forum...

I installed this:

Still won't stop humans from registering and posting spam messages, though that number is minimal and easy to deal with instead of 20-50 a day with the bots.
