so this is the story,so far.
heads torqued on,with a custom cam and larger exhaust valves.the exhaust is not how i had imagined to would turn out.
but it looks the business and its more or less equal lengths, two into one senario.
intake has two baffles as mentioned in previous post. and will setup the wasted spark coils on top.(with a desent earth wire)
leads will sterch across the valve cover and connect up with the plugs.probably fab up a rail to guide the leads as not to make ontact with metal etc.oil filter came up nicely. its off an e38 and sits snuggly against the ABS unit.
not a conventional setup, and not as pretty as 6throttle bodies work of art,but was completed in about a day.
not 100% on the wastegate setup.
can be re-worked at a later date.dump pipe is 3 inchs and steps down into a 2.5 with flanges.made to be removed and has alittle play for adjusting etc.can reach 5 of the 6 plugs,so plug three has been fitted with a long life unit.
unit has been heat treated.apparently 40% down in underbonnet temps.
sounds great, will see how it turns out.
cheers m

correct, two e34/e32 front sections.paul burke wrote:Am I seeing flipped B35 exhaust manifolds?
That front cover does look good!
Paul
needed about 2mm shaved off the top of the exhooassed port
to match the head.so it worked very well in that respect.
cheers all for your positive comments.
i'm rather pleased how its turning out as well
only problem at the mo is the inlet manifold's sits alittle close to the top radiator hose outlet.on the thermostat housing.might fab up a 45 dregree ali pipe/tube that i'll weld to the housing and rework the hose to suit.
