Hey Randy,
I hope all is finally coming together for your rebuild. I havent heard much since you were having the not-all-cylinders-running type of problems. What was the problem causing that? Ive heard that .009" and .010" are good measurements for a dead cold adjustment on the M20. 325i cam right? I'll probably do both intake and exhaust at ten thousandths to try it out.

I agree with Shadow: Go with the Bentley specs.
However, I suggest going about 0.01" tighter. Word on the street is that these engines run better set a little tight after they've gotten a few miles on them. I've done it for years and have had no problems. It'll help to keep it quiet, too!
