Exactly what the title says, guys. I looked at it, removed the little leather flap under it...and I just cant see how to separate the, I dont know what its called, power supply? I see that there are 4 screws holding it in place, and tats not a problem, but how do you unlatch the power part from the actual ECU? It wasnt nearly this complicated on my E30. Just to make sure, am I right in disconnecting the battery before doing this?
Also, is there any way to determine the number of pins without actually opening this thing up? I've seen a few threads about it, but are there any full proof ways without actually having to take it apart? Thanks in advance.
