Trying to identify some annoying sounds.

for some reason sounds annoy me more than anything on my car....

ok the first one comes from the rear of the car when braking, i can hear it when i put the windows down, sounds something like this -KKHHHHHHHHHHHHH- i had all my brake pads replaced recently, is it possible that the caliper can make some kind of sound when braking?

the second one is coming from either the engine, or the middle of the exhaust.. but i recently had my ENTIRE exhaust replaced... downpipes all the way to the muffler, when the car idles it sounds a lot like a motorcycle like -PUT PUT PUT PUT- errr something like that? dammit.. it sounds a bit like this just faster... http://www.dlhill.com/HD_sounds/hog1.wav

The exhaust probably has a small leak at a joint -- see if they're all tight.
