To upload pics here do you have to have a photobucket? I tried that uploader in the first thread but it didnt work.

No, you do not have to have a photobucket account.

Clicked the browse tab, found my pics and tried to load them but it didnt work. Do they have to be gif files cause had that problemwith my avatar until I changed the format....

Did you pay attention to the upload size limit?

Do you have spaces in your filenames? Are they longer than 35 characters?
