... to search within a given thread without having to page through the entire thing? I was getting ready to order some parts from a user & thought to check the buyer/seller feedback thread in the Parts For Sale forum, but that sucker is 36 pages long! I did find what I was looking for, but being able to do so without all the clicks and Command-F/Command-G would be nice.

Or am I doing it wrong?

You can use the search function. Put the name into the "search" box, then select FS/W Parts as the forum and have it display posts rather than threads.

Yeah, you'll get some other stuff in there sometimes, but you should find what you're looking for.
