Be sure to fill all the blanks with asterisks. There's three password boxes in addition to the e-mail field. New password can match the old password, it doesn't have to change.
Make sure there's no typos in the e-mail field. A confirmation e-mail will go to whatever e-mail address you provide and your account will be disabled until you confirm said e-mail.

I didn't write the software, nor do I possess the knowledge or talent required to modify the existing software. It is what it is. I do not feel that it's difficult to deal with, it's just particular.1st 5er wrote:That's simple...
There's instructions on the form that clearly state "Items marked with a * are required unless stated otherwise." If you can't follow instructions, you can pretty much expect it not to work properly.

Uh, Jeremy, sometimes we say something that isn't sarcastic ...Jeremy wrote:I didn't write the software, nor do I possess the knowledge or talent required to modify the existing software. It's all in the punctuation.C.R. Krieger wrote:Uh, Jeremy, sometimes we say something that isn't sarcastic ...
That's simple! (probably not sarcastic)
That's simple. (ambiguous)
That's simple ... (probably sarcastic)
That's simple? (not sarcastic, but similar meaning to the phrase with sarcasm)
Unless what Krieger said regarding sarcasm was sarcasm, in which case ... "Oh ..."

No sarcasm implied, at least not towards anyone but myself.Jeremy wrote:It's all in the punctuation.C.R. Krieger wrote:Uh, Jeremy, sometimes we say something that isn't sarcastic ...

I was simply stating that according to the challenges I usually face when doing things on different websites
that that process would have been simple enough for me to figure out on my own
without having to ask my wife, or worse, my kids, to figure out.
If I had completed the sentence, it would have been something like this;
... enough, that even someone as challenged as I am could do it.
Based on that the OP might have felt slighted just a bit, but that wasn't intended either.
Sorry guys, I'll try to complete a few more sentences in future posts.
new e-mail
Unless I'm a dummy I don't see them. I have a new e-mail and need to change it. Could tell me where these 3 password boxes are? Thanks.Jeremy wrote:Be sure to fill all the blanks with asterisks.
