Collector welded for cylinders 1 & 2
New turbine chamber for my turbo, bit larger than old one
Old was a/r 0.63 single inlet, this new is a/r 0.84 dual inlet
Me and my little turbo, now you can realize how large is turbo for 2.4litre diesel engine which have power goal of 350hp
and this turbo actually spools in about 2000rpm

Project goes on....
few part where quite tricky to get on right place...
i did little mishap with measurements... so manifold is little bit too far from the engine... but i tried it to the car... and it fits...
i can still make final collectors turned little bit to the engine...
this way turbo will be in correct place...

I has no parts for my car... so must do something creative...
this was project of the evening...
i spent only 2 hours with this one...
It is 3.5" absorption muffler made from old fire extinguisher!
inner perforated sheet tube is from old hydraulic filter
now little bit black matte paint and it is nice
