Great, guys! I'm excited to see who gets the first box!

I'll be picking up my box today and packing it up to ship tomorrow.

So excited!

Heh, eh, eh mebbe we do ???

I was on vacation out in your part of the country, Duke, hunting upland game! Not to worry, I've plenty of interesting contents ready to go.

We put these together for some of the Marines over in the AOR a couple of times each year. Different contents, but they fill up fast.

I shipped mine yesterday, and slapped on the 70 cents for confirmation.

Now to see if they post first, since it was only across town.

Just got back from dropping mine off. It wasn't bulging quite as badly as I thought, but there were some items rattling around in there. Crossing fingers & hoping it doesn't raise any alarms along the way!

When I was addressing the box I noticed that they don't give an "official" spot for a return address on those boxes or on the labels, and it occurred to me that sending it anonymously would add a fun twist to the game... Although with the postmark on mine, it would be fairly obvious. Mebbee next time...

Across town? Heck, I would've withheld my $10.95 from the USPS and delivered in person! (anonymously, of course!) Think of the junk you could unload if it weren't for the box size restrictions.

I thought about it, especially since he's an enthusiast also, but I was lazy. Post office is 1/2 mile vs. 30 miles RT to deliver. ;)

Besides, I like getting things in the mail. Breaks up the day!

I'm not in this go round, but yeah, a core head, an old starter or two, the list is endless.

In my experience, not having a return address can flag a box for possible contraband. Maybe that happens more in Mike W's neck of the woods ;)

Could be, but while I'm aware of the presence of a particular industry, I'm not involved with it. I just know it's there from the newspaper.

 Guess I was looking at the wrong side.

But yeah; that might be a common MO for somebody using the USPS as their mule. Would imagine they tend to frown on that sort of activity.

Mines going Atlantic to Pacific so cut me some slack!
No return address on mine because I included some incense I bought at a church in Oaxaca. I've been a devout Catholic ever since that Mass. . .
