That's a fair price if they are indeed as good as the old OE BMW ones. You can get headers in the UK to but they are not equal length.

headers only . . we aren't playing with Chevy 350 v8s, this is all custom stuff

Will the headers be tuned for any specific performance improvement, or as an increase in flow at higher revs?
They could be setup to improve low end, or high end or mid range power.
Normally just improving breathing help high end, may help mid range and hurts low rpm performance.
Just thoughts, the adding of tubular headers adds interest and "improved" sound quality even if it does not add daily driving performance.

Given that I have your cat system connected to the stock exhaust headers, I assume that these 'snakes' would be 'plug n play'

These headers will be a duplicate of the original factory Euro headers. We will not be attempting to re-design or improve on these, that is truthfully an art and extremely expensive. They will fit up to our center section and any US Spec configuration.
