awful metal clanging from under car

i just got new downpipes put on, and the past few days there will be this metal clanging from time to time that sounds like someone is beating on a pot with a fork really really fast (@) i guess something must be loose, i took some pics and was just wondering what this thing is...

Looks like part of the tranny mount hanging loose.

It is a exhaust pipe bracket. It is bolted to the trans and is supposed to bolt to a bracket welded to the down pipes.

so there should be a bracket there that i dont have, that secures the downpipes more, correct?

My car has a bracket in that location that bolts the downpipe to the trans.
