Ok, noticed a little wet carpet in the car - the most amount of water appears to have drained to the rear passenger floorboard. There seems to be a little dampness at the front passenger floorboard (even a little near the firewall), and looks like I need to re-address the taillight gasket.
What's the primary cause of rear floor water? Seems like consensus may be window gasket, yes? Or could this be sunroof drains (or both). I don't think the taillight/trunk leakage is the culprit, as it's not nearly as wet as the back floor...
Wet carpet question. . .
John;
If your sunroof drains are blocked, you will have water stains on the headliner around the opening and more than likely wet seats also. The door drains can also get blocked with sludge over time and back up. Open both doors and look at the holes on the bottom. If you see dirt streaks coming from the holes, use a coathanger wire to ream them out.

Well, the door drains looked fine, as did the rear sunroof drain - luckily I got that rear panel off with the fasteners in one piece. I think the front one was a bit sludgy, and I recall washing my car last year ('cause it's been raining for a long time here!) and having a little water splash down from the sunroof, front passenger side. I threaded some weedwacker wire as far as I could, but then it stopped about where I think it should come out, looking at the length of the wire. It was a bit cruddy, and I'll try to flush it with some water back at home (or on the way to Mendocino tomorrow - looks like my President's Day is going to be soggy... !@#$ )
