520i Head Interchangeability - Plus valve question

Anybody know if these are interchangeable with more common M20 heads?

Also, just did a valve adjustment, and found plenty of sideplay (or maybe pivot further down inside the head,) approx. 1/8" in any direction when moving my valves. Is this normal, or is it time for head work?

The valve it self moves? Time for new valve guides.
