I can't remember who it was that told me, but I thought I remembered someone telling me that it was possible to use the front headrests (the actual headrest; not the bars) on the rear headrest bars and it would be fine.
I have two questions about that.
#1: Is this true and actually possible?
#2: If so, then aren't the front headrests taller? And, if they are, wouldn't that just completely obstruct the view for the driver, meaning this is not a good idea at all?

You lost the bid
Now you're looking for a cheap way to do headrests huh?

I was actually thinking about it for a while before I even saw the auction. If I can get some cheap lama-colored front headrests and some cheap rear headrest bars and hardware, why not give it a shot? I just don't want it looking like ass or obstructing my rearward vision too much.
We'll see!

Shifty,
1. Yes it is true and possible.
2. No, they do not obstruct the view at all.
I did this in my car, there are tons of front headrests in beige or tan
the brackets and all necessary hardware you could probably get
from da parts pimp, I think all new from dealer is 40.00?
Let me know if you want the fronts, I saw some the other day.
