Timeline would be roughly 3 months, right now I'm gathering interest with a group buy on another forum. So far from the responses and emails it looks like it will happen.

I could probably do that. Put me on the list, but finalize with me once you get enough names and start making them. Stuff can happen.

It will be an open collector (single scroll) with a 44mm v-band wastegate provision. A/C friendly and easy to route the wastegate right back into the down pipe.

That is a really good price!

I can't say I'm in, but the timing would be right for me to snag one for a future build.

A few more days and I will give a update.
Just to clear they will come with a T4 flange and 44mm v-band wastegate flange.
They will be made overseas so delivery time is roughly 2-3 months.
They will come with a 3 year warranty against cracking.
And to be honest I have sold 100 E3024V turbo manifolds made overseas and not one has had a cracking issue, a lot of them are on drag cars that get seriously abused. I special order them to have schedule 10 thickness stainless and are welded inside and out for strength and longevity. So it's not your normal thin made crap.

Normal is 1/16". These will be 1/8" thick, with 1/2" flanges.

Welp china has improved I suspect they will last more than they used to for sure and others must have confidence in the community of e28s because there is another guy selling tubular turbo mani s for 400 or so bones

the sch 10 tubing he will use is thicker by quite a bit compared to the thin wall stuff one normally sees from China. This makes a huge difference in longevity if the manifold is designed to minimize stresses.

My china manifold on the m20 cracked.
hairline crack on the turbo flange/collector.

The m30 manifold is SUPER long so will have to see if
this new manifold is worth it for me.

Exactly. Quality controls are an issue sometimes, but the bigger problem are parts engineered to made cheaply using the cheapest manufacturing processes available. Loose tolerance specs, weak materials specs, all made by equipment that can barely make the loosely specced parts consistently. THAT'S the problematic stuff.

There is a lot of stuff coming from China that's perfectly fine in terms of quality.

Not yet, but will have a finish like in the pic. It's a 24V manifold shown.

Design will look like this... with a 44mm vband on the wastegate provision.

That is an awesome deal on an awesome manifold. I wish I had $600 to put one of these away for a rainy day.

I know this a little off topic, but which turbo is suggested to run with this mani to be in the 400-450whp mark? I was looking into the precision 6262's with the .58 exhaust housing. Any better suggestions? I want a turbo that will spool decently, but not get pushed too hard to make the power I'm looking for.

Also, is it recommended to go with an on center housing or tang? Either of them maybe?
