Got my BBS RS refinished
Re: Got my BBS RS refinished
Those look fantastic. It's hard to go wrong with black and gold.

Very pretty! They deserve better rubber, though!

@j_mendieta in Baldwin Park
I understand where you guys are coming from, but I spent a lot of time thinking about this and decided to go with these Kumho PA51's. These cars were designed before computer simulations and finite element analysis, so the goal was a very grippy all season tire that wouldn't over stress the chassis in the long run. This is the slowest and oldest car I have and would like to try to keep the chassis rigid with a softer sidewall tire. The slight stretch of a 225 over an 8.5" wheel helps tighten up the response a bit as well as have a more linear breakaway at maximum grip, which should allow for more fun. Also...I'd like to be able to slide the rear out on demand without worrying about the longevity of the LSD and increased power to break anything grippier and wider. I used to be an engineer in the aftermarket suspension industry so throw me a bone here
