E46 Steering Rack Rebuild

I know this is a stretch but the breadth of knowledge here makes me think someone might have the answer over one of the E46 forums.
My steering rack in my '04 330i ZHP sprung a leak and needs to be replaced. I've found a replacement YT 712 rack that also needs a rebuild. I've found the video below which shows the process but I'm wondering if anyone has specifically done the 712 rack and if the replacement seal kit is universal.
