Easy disconnect of heated seats 88 m5 ?

The damn thing was turned on accidentally and I don’t want it to happen again.
What’s the easiest way to make inoperable ? Fuse,
Switch wire disconnect ?

There's a white plastic plug connector under each seat. 3 wire if I'm not mistaken. You may be able to get to it if the seats are in the upmost position. Otherwise, unbolt the seats, tilt towards back and unplug.

There are actually two plugs: one for the seat, large with several wires and a smaller second one just for the thigh support. I remember this because I added heated seats to my car and the thigh support was a separate wiring loom that I never got (just connected them to the main seat harness since they are just positive and ground).
