I’ve always used Wurth, anything out there equal or better?

In the past I've blended Krylon rattle-can Bright Silver and Dull Aluminum in several coats, first one then the other, finishing with whichever made the best final coat. It was cheap but worked well. I believe the correct BMW code was 060 Polaris Silver. :dunno:

I've also used Krylon Dull Aluminum with good results.

I've been pleased with Duplicolor specialty paints and their wheel paint has worked well for me, but I haven't used the silver.

BMW does have a wheel paint code: 144 Felgensilber.
There's a few more codes if you search through a paint code catalog, but 144 seems to be the standard silver. Then there is Felgensilber Neu, some darker shades, and wheel colors other than silver.
