Ive looked in the Tech FAQ and read a few posts on the topic:

I dont understand how loosening the 10mm nut on the throttle body lets me adjust the throttle plate clearance. In my video below, it looks like it adjust a "stopping plate" for full throttle, but nothing else. What am I missing here ?

You just successfully troubleshot an/some issue(s) in order to pass the dreaded CA SMOG Program.
What is your motivation to go tinkering with stuff?

After I plugged all the vacuum leaks, replaced the O2 sensor, and cleaned the ICV for our friends a CARB, it idles like crap. So Im retracing my steps to figure out what I broke. But of course, one rabbit hole leads to another....
