Just to chiming in. The install is one of the easiest and nicest mods you can do for your car. I installed a set last year. The holes are already in the rear shelf. You just have to poke something through. I used a short screw driver. The mounting hardware screw directly behind the rear seats. The holes are already pre drilled on the car. Pop 2 holes in the rear shelf and screw 4 screws in the back and that’s it.

This is a great price for the hardware and headrests.
