No longer has euro lights, but i still have the bumpers. Great winter car, has some issues, but i paid 600 bucks for it.
Thats in winter trim, now it has E34 bottle caps on it.
The fun beater, '83 528e i picked up for 200 bucks! My friend has it now, and it acually runs very very well [Bumper came with the car]
Other car:
'88/91 318is Long story short, kid him me, totaled my car. bought a chassis and made one car. Only thing not removed from the car was the gas tank!
PS: I dont have a thing for bronzits... just happend that way
New here [big pics]
Fun collection. Why the hoodpins on the beater? We just got a little M10 318 that's all stripped down with a track suspension/brake setup that we use at DEs--fun cars to toss around.
For style of course! The laches didnt work, pop rivets sheerd. The 318is is an M42 motor, a bit more powerful then the m10's, not by much tho. I have had two old 318i's both went over 250k before they went to the yard. Watch out for the #2 rod bearing!

The 318 is disposable basically. If the motor goes, we could sell all the parts off of it for more than we paid for the thing or we could build up a stock 2L with all the parts sitting in the garage. Right now, we're more worried about the crank in the racecar, and getting that bottom end back together.
