The goony looking dude with the Tool sweatshirt on and holding the helmet is me... maybe you saw me there if you went. I know some people from this forum went... I was interested in buying a silver 535iS from a guy that had a red one there. I was parked next to him for awhile in a black E30.

Cool pics man. Lots of awesome cars. How did that NSX crash?

The NSX was pushing too hard, and went through turn 8 (a hard 90 degree left, and there's a bump at the apex). He hit that bump, and it washed him wide of the exit. He got two tires in the grass and spun it backwards around into the tire wall.

Do you know the story behind the broken rotor on the M coupe? I can't imagine that wheel turning very well.

He was just overcooking the brakes... He was running stock pads and rotors but with R compound tires... that'll do it.

Did you get to take your E30 out on the track? How's the 3.25 working out so far?

That 3.25 is a beast! A welcome change from 4th and 5th gear being useless, to just being able to put it down on the floor in 5th at 60 and pass somebody. Occassionally, somebody will give me a look like, "You just hammered on past me and didn't shift down?!". Yeah... I did.

I didn't get my car out on the track, as the ball joints in my front suspension are shot.

One of the local guys was there, in a black M coupe. His name is Erik, did you run into him? He said it was a pretty fun weekend.

I don't remember... there were so many BMW's there. I probably saw him though.
