WTB a few oddball parts (hose under manifold, int sensor etc
Need a few oddball parts
1. Braided hose under intake manifold, you pull straight down on it, need the entire section.
2. Crankcase breather hose.
3. I believe this is the interior temp sensor, it's located on the drivers side kick panel
4. Not really necessary, but the bezel that holds the light switch and fog light switch.
5. Black rubber heat guard under the shift boot, it plugs the "hole" between the shifter and the open air.
Let me know if you have any of the parts, the more important ones I need asap are the intake manifold hose and the interior temp sensor.
Thanks, Andrew

It probably is a mistake. Did you incorporate the little suction line into the bottom like the factory piece?Vatoloco wrote:how come i got it there then? oh wait, i cut some goodyear hose, popped that plastic peice out, and that got the car running again. MY MISTAKE.
So, my answer to you here is chopped liver?e34 530 wrote:Anyway bump for my other items.

Nope, look at the 2nd pic, that's the one with the "tape job".
Also, I know its a different hose. I snag every new one I see at the junkyard. I've replaced this hose on nearly every M30 I've had! My first M30 had a piece of heater hose here, with the vacuum line disconnected and just hanging there. Nice leak...

yea i did, i just cut a small hole, to incorporate the suction, But like kyle said its not oem, it was half ass, now i think about it.Shawn D. wrote:It probably is a mistake. What do I have to swing off your balls because you answered my question, I appreciate the response but I wasn't even talking about the piece you mentioned. Besides, I don't even have the remaing piece with the suction piece in it, it's gone. Manny if you can get me these parts I'd be grateful, but my number one concern is the hose under the intake manifold so that's the piece I'm really looking for.Shawn D. wrote:It probably is a mistake. Yes, you were asking about the piece in question, smart guy. You even used the same picture both times, with the piece circled this time. Is #1 not the same here as in the other thread? So, that pic is not of YOUR car?e34 530 wrote:What do I have to swing off your balls because you answered my question, I appreciate the response but I wasn't even talking about the piece you mentioned. Shawn, I think his "tape job" was on the valve cover breather, not the interior temp sensor line.
If you're concerned about that spot on the manifold and vacuum leaks, cover it over until you get your part. A bit of duct tape or packing tape will do nicely unless your intake manifold is absolutely encrusted in filth.

nope, unclear still...Shawn D. wrote:I was referring to his "Anyway bump for my other items," NOT the tape job. I've edited my post to delete that part from my quote.Jeremy wrote:Shawn, I think his "tape job" was on the valve cover breather, not the interior temp sensor line.
IS THAT CLEAR NOW, FOLKS? DAMN...
