I want to get some camber plates for my M5 and I've seen several types. First off, I don't want to have to modify anything. I assumed that I was just going to get the non adjustable type but after a bit of searching I found several types of adjustable camber plates where they just bold in.
There's a guy in the Rondel advertising them and on this site:

Has anyone tried these adjustable plates?
How do the camber plates affect ride height?
BTW this would be mostly for street use and maybe an occasional AutoX or track day.

I had good luck with the Kmacs. They are the only adjustable ones I am aware of that do not add to the height of the front end. I figure the ones on the Eurodepot page would raise the front by however thick they are, since they stack on top of the stock strut bearing.

I dunno about those carriage bolts -- they look kind of iffy...
You
can get metric 8.8 carriage bolts from McMaster-Carr, though.
These plates would affect ride height in that they have to sandwich between the strut mount and the body.

How's the ride with the K-mac? Is it noticably harsher with the urethane?

It looks like Paul Gray makes some camber adjustable strut mounts like K-Mac and of course he says they're better. Anyone have more info on these? They're cheaper too, $275 vs. $370 for K-mac.
