Trouble logging in

for some reason i cant log in to Mye28.com with my computer. I've alredy deleted all my cookies and i havn't changed any setting. I try to log in but it acts like I'm not even trying. I've tried reseting my pass word but it has not helped. Can someone please look in to this or does anyone have any suggestions? I dont think I can survive with out my mye28.com fix!

How are you getting on now? With a different computer? If so, you must not have really deleted your cookies from the other system.

same computer and yes I have deleted all cookies. I can log in with internet explorer but not fire fox. I dont understand what is going on.

Assuming you have wiped out everything related to the MyE28.com cookies, perhaps you have a setting that is blocking the site from creating a cookie.

If that is not it, then try these steps to create a new profile for Firefox to use for troubleshooting: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles

Should a new, clean profile not resolve the issue then you probably have other issues with your Firefox install.
