Bought wrong pump

Hello!

I have an E34 525tds. I bought a E28 524d (0460406047) pump for doing a fully mechanical pump conversion.

The issue is I wanted to buy a 524td (0460406022) pump.

The non turbo pump can be used on a turbo engine? It has to be adapted in some way?

Hm, not sure what the differences are, but a quick look of that part number shows me something with what looks like a boost compensator. I have no idea why a non-turbo pump would need that or how it works, but I suspect the differences are going to be in that area.

Sell it and get the right pump. Your timing advance and boost compensation fueling are completely different between N/A and turbo applications.
