[This is in the wrong section, BTW; you may want to ask a Beemter to move it for you]

Do you mean the mount welded on the body: 16111178673
Or the Brackets holding them to the above mount: 33551129195?

Both are still available new (FCP sells them for $16.81/ea and $7.74/ea respectively).
Due to the fact that the mount is welded to the body, and is pretty flimsy, getting one off the body intact is not the easiest. Buying these used is not the smartest option. The brackets on the other hand are pretty stout but at less than $8 a piece, why not buy them new.

If you want to upgrade the rear bar to something larger, then you will have to upgrade the bracket also and reinforce the mounting; larger sway bars (say a 19mm M5/Dinan/etc.) will rip the mounts off the body on your first spirited drive.

Thank you for posting this. There was no picture next to the reinforcements but providing the part# helped greatly :)

Just out of curiosity, does the front bracket need a reinforcement as well or really just the rear?

Both, definitely both if you're upgrading the size. Technically though, you weld on the larger correct bracket & mount for the fronts, so that takes care of that.
This guy recently made a run of front brackets & mounts for the larger bars based on the NLA BMW M5 model:viewtopic.php?p=1480778#p1480778
You can see the installation of them in his thread.

The other part to reinforce for the fronts are the brackets on the front struts that receive the sway bar link, especially if you're going with an adjustable bar setup. Here are a few photos of what they did on mine when the did the Dinan Stage III install (there is a vertical "fin" reinforcing plate from the spring cup tot he bracket mount). The welds on the lower portion cracked under load over time and had to be re-welded:

I don't have very good shots of the rear reinforcement they did, but they had to weld on reinforcing plates as well as new welds to the body. These are the only two shots I have of the rear mounts, I will have to take better photos next time I'm down there:
