I am looking for an 008 ECU with a removable chip. Yes, they for sure exist

I may have one.
I'd only be willing to let it go in trade though for one w/o removable chip as it'd be my spare if I still have it.

if I come across one I will let you know. Yesterday, a computer geek soldered a removablele Eprom socket into the motherboard for me. However I would still like a factory original Why do you want to get rid of yours? It would seem to me that with a removable chip or a fixed chip, if Bosch original, they would work the same??
