Accumulators help needed...

I have an e28 M5 that I purchased locally in 2016 and currently sits at 112k. This past summer one (or both) of the SLS accumulators went out as the rear became stuck in its highest position and rode like a dump truck and the reservoir tank fluid was very black. I put it in storage and planned on having my mechanic replace both accumulators and related parts over winter, but alas FCP Euro cancelled my order after having them on backorder for six weeks. I know many have ditched the SLS entirely but I am leery of doing that as although it is not a show car, from what I can tell it is original with the exception of a repaint somewhere in its past. Does anyone know of a place that rebuilds them or where I can source new ones?

Verify, but if they P/N in the thread is correct, look no further than Schmiedmanns.

Appreciate the help fellas and patience with me. So basically "PRESSURE ACCUMULATOR FEBI Bilstein 07520" should interchange with BMW P/N 37211124595, 37211132043, or 37211118977? Just want to make sure as I ordered P/N 3721124595 from FCPEuro based on the RealOEM parts diagram site (link below if it helps--which they cancelled):

Looks like they are quite similar but not the same. As far as I can see, Febi 07520 (xxx2043) is 0,48 liters capacity and Febi 01482 (xxx4595) is just 0,45 liters....the first one is used in e34, second one in e28. Both are the same 23 bar pressure and the shape and brackets are similar but the whole size seems to be different. So the 100% fitment is Febi 01482.

Thanks--I will get the Febi 01482's then. Aside from the pressure hoses (which did come), would there be any other parts I should order before diving into this project?

Looking RealOem, there are a lot small parts but mainly pipes and hoses I'd put an eye if there some rust, burned rubber, etc.

Here a good clean (and rust check) to pipes #1, #2 and #3....hose #4 could be good to replace. A good internal clean to Connector #8

#13 rod not too loose, #14 plastic bushes

#14 plastic pipe

#2 hoses (left and right are not the same)....of course #1 your bad accumulators
