I've seen the add too and have wondered about it myself. For the price I don't think you could go wrong. My only question to the seller would be - What does Neutral Emissions mean ?? To me that is a really ambiguous statement, does it mean it has no effect, or is it a statement indicating the fact that we have no closed loop Lambda system so it's a moot point.
