M-tech kit install?

just curious as to how the M-tech kit attaches to the euro bumpers

never gave it much thought untill i found a euro 535i for sale :D

The euro bumpers have a black plastic strip around the .. "bumping surfaces". You take that off. Once you do so, there's a row of holes in the Euro bumpers. The M-tech kit front and rear have a row of matching threaded studs inside them that you poke through these holes in the euro bumpers (about.. uhm.. 9 front and 9 rear I think), then you fasten them with M6 nuts, these are what hold the euro bumpers inside the kit. That's step one of twenty. :)

You'd also need (bare minimum) the M-tech light brackets for the front and rear (can't install the turns/fogs without em). There's lots of other little parts you can get to "do it right", but that's the minimum requisite to make it sit on there and work with an already Euro car.
